Being a Danish company allows us to bring our own Scandinavian touch in a multicultural city such as Barcelona.

Casamona International was founded in 2004 and is now a leading Real Estate company located in the heart of Barcelona, offering unique and different services!

At Casamona we only offer unique high quality properties, in which we would live ourselves!

Who are we?

Casamona was founded by two Danish women named Tine Mathiassen and Anette Kragdahl. When they arrived in Barcelona, they started to look for a nice apartment and realised the reality of Barcelona's Real Estate market. Indeed, hundreds of Real Estate agencies were providing a poor variety of service with many unattractive housings.

Tine and Anette decided that something needed to be done! This is the reason why in 2004 they launched Casamona, meaning ‘cosy house’ – a Real Estate company with an edge, providing a friendly but professional tailored service to both clients and property owners. At Casamona International, we have worked hard to earn our reputation of excellence and we work hard every single day to keep it.
