As a marketing intern , you'll be responsible for crafting articles, blog posts, taking compelling pictures, and working with WordPress. You should be knowledgeable about SEO. High proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.
Rental Agent Assistant Intern In our rentals department, we are looking for organized and ambitious interns who are able to work with international clients, acting as an intermediary between clients and property owners. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is necessary. You need to be exceptionally well-organized. Rental agent interns will be paid on a commission basis.
Sales Agent Assistant Intern In our sales department, we are looking for confident, detail oriented and organized individuals who are able to work in an intermediary role between clients and property owners. Sales Agent Interns are responsible for organizing visits to properties and collaborating with other companies and managers to find the best properties for our clients. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, and interns will be paid on a commission basis.
Duties involve sourcing new properties for sale and rent, reaching out to property owners, and conducting property visits. You'll capture property images and utilize real estate software. Crafting descriptions in both English and Spanish is required. Rapid progress may lead to managing your own clients. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, while proficiency in French is advantageous. Commitment to a minimum three-month term is required.
Office Manager Assistant Intern As an Office Manager Assistant, you'll have direct interaction with our clients and owners, requiring focus, multitasking proficiency, and strong management skills. Managing your own schedule necessitates excellent organizational abilities. Daily Spanish communication and effective interpersonal skills are vital. Working closely with general managers, you'll gain insights into all facets of the company, requiring a comprehensive understanding and structured overview of daily tasks. This role also includes involvement in flat finding. Fluent English and Spanish proficiency is essential for this position.
