The interesting results regarding five different aspects of mental well-being proved that: especially during the pandemic the general mental health stage fell, but surprisingly that phenomenon was seen more in English-speaking countries, whereas the Latin American and Spanish-speaking countries did a better performance. Six out of the 10 countries with the best average mental health score were Spanish-speaking!
And… Spain ranked second for the highest level of well-being.
